This website and online store are operated by PRIMEVER LLC, doing business as Soleïa Charms. Throughout these Terms, “Soleïa Charms,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PRIMEVER LLC.

Soleïa Charms offers this website, including all information, features, tools, products, and related services available through it (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully authorized and we confirm that the order is being processed.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice.

Shipping costs, sales taxes, customs duties, and import charges are shown separately where applicable. The final amount payable will be displayed before you complete your order.

You agree to provide valid and accurate payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal, subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers or logistics partners.

Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, address issues, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after shipment. Responsibility for loss or damage during transportation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our published policies.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Items must not be returned without prior authorization. The return address may differ from the address shown on the original shipping package.

International or cross-border orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer’s place of residence remain unaffected where they cannot legally be waived.
